Terms and conditions of the promotion

1. Organising company

The Cannagin® brand, owned by Terraplanet del Sur S.L., tax ID B14907109, registered office at C/ Ayala 11, 1st floor, 28001 Madrid, Spain, organises this promotion (the «Promotion»), which is nationwide and aimed at customers of participating hospitality establishments.

2. Period

The entry period and the deadline for claiming the prize are those stated on the promotional card carrying the unique code. Once that deadline has passed without the prize being claimed, Cannagin® is released from any obligation to deliver it.

3. Eligibility

• Open to natural persons aged 18 or over resident in Spain. Entry by minors is expressly prohibited and they will be excluded from the Promotion.
• A promotional card carrying a unique Cannagin® code, handed out at a participating hospitality establishment, is required.
• Each code may be redeemed once only. A code that has already been used, or that is illegible, altered or not issued by Cannagin®, is automatically void.
• Employees and professional associates of Terraplanet del Sur S.L. and their first-degree relatives may not take part.

4. How it works and the prize

To claim the prize, the winner must complete the form on this page giving their name and surname, postal address, phone number, the unique code on the card and the establishment where they received it. Alternatively, the same details may be sent to info@cannagin.com.

The prize is a Cannagin Premium Case, sent by post to the address provided, within Spanish territory. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other product, nor altered in any way.

Delivery of the prize is subject to applicable tax legislation.

5. Disqualification

If an entrant is shown not to meet the requirements of these terms, or the details provided are not valid or truthful, their entry will be void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing any right to the prize.

6. Limitation of liability

By way of example and without limitation, Cannagin® is not liable for any loss, theft, delay or other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the running of the Promotion or the delivery of the prize, nor for the use the winner makes of it. Nor does it accept liability in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances preventing the Promotion from running or the prize from being enjoyed in whole or in part.

7. Data protection

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), we inform you that:

• Controller: Terraplanet del Sur S.L. (Cannagin® brand), tax ID B14907109, C/ Ayala 11, 1st floor, 28001 Madrid, Spain. Data protection contact: privacy@cannagin.com.
• Purpose: managing your entry in the Promotion, checking that the code is valid and arranging delivery of the prize to the postal address provided. If you also tick the relevant box, sending you commercial information about Cannagin®.
• Legal basis: performance of these terms, which you accept by entering (art. 6.1.b GDPR), and your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). Consent to commercial information is separate and not ticking it does not affect your entry.
• Recipients: the hosting, email and delivery providers needed to get the prize to you, acting as processors. No data is disclosed to any other third party unless required by law.
• Retention: 12 months from submission of the form, unless the tax handling of the prize requires longer. The proof of your consent is kept for as long as we may be required to produce it.
• Rights: you may access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, request portability and withdraw your consent, by writing to privacy@cannagin.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Entering the Promotion does not grant permission to publish your name or your image. Should Cannagin® wish to publicise the outcome of the Promotion, it will first ask for your express, separate consent.

8. Changes and acceptance

Cannagin® reserves the right to amend or extend these terms, provided that doing so does not harm or diminish entrants’ rights. Entering the Promotion implies full acceptance of these terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of Córdoba shall have jurisdiction over any claim or dispute as to their validity, interpretation or performance, unless consumer protection legislation confers jurisdiction on the entrant’s place of residence.
